VEGETABLE STIR FRY

Method

01. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper and red pepper flakes and set aside.

02. Heat Frytol Sunflower oil and sauté veggies – add onion first and cook about 2-3 minutes until clear, then add garlic and ginger, then the rest of the vegetables.

03. When veggies are almost cooked (retain bright color and are still crunchy), add the sauce and stir into veggies.

04. Cook briefly.

05. Serve and enjoy.

Ingredients

01. 1 tbsp Frytol Sunflower Oil

02. 1 cup Chopped Broccoli

03. 1/2 Red Pepper julienne

04. 1/2 Green Pepper julienne

05. 2 Medium Carrots julienne

06. 1 cup Mushrooms sliced

07. 1/2 Medium Onion sliced

08. 1 tbsp Ginger root finely sliced

09. 1 clove Garlic finely chopped

10. 2 tbsp water

11. Ground Black Pepper to taste

12. 1 tbsp Low sodium Soy Sauce

13. 1 tsp Rice Vinegar

14. Red Pepper flakes to taste
